We have three boys to get ready every morning and the routine can sometimes be overwhelming with all of them yelling for help at the same time.
Unintentionally at first, I began staggering their wake up times - the one who takes longest to get ready gets up first. I was able to get a few things done for one before the next needed attention.
Now this has turned in to an incentive to get ready faster. Whoever takes the longest to get ready for school has to be the first one up the next morning. It seems boys tired from football practice the night before covet the few extra minutes sleep!
Anything that helps our mornings go a bit smoother works for me!
